  The start with getting the technique right for doing DNF and CNF. 1st part is no concentration, bad technique. 2nd part is concentrated better technique. 3rd part is no concentration with speedo breast stroke fins. 4th part is concentrated with speedo fins. 5th should be the overall technique being better…but I still lack at it with the scissor like movement. Very useful training material for myself to analyze.
